31 CFR Part 208

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service is proposing to strengthen the EFT requirement by narrowing the scope of existing waivers from the EFT mandate; providing that Treasury has the right to nullify an agency’s use of a waiver in certain cases; and clarifying that when an agency fails to make an EFT payment, Treasury has authority to assess a charge.
